Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients (10 portions)

| Parsley, Chopped | ||
| Soy Sauce |
Preparation
1. Cook the rice as directed on pack.
2. Refresh very well with cold water and drain.
3. Heat some oil in a Wok or Pan.
4. Break in the eggs and semi scramble.
5. Add in the rice and keep stirring until the egg is mixed through.
6. Add in the soy sauce and chopped parsley.
7. Mix until the rice is hot.
8. Serve with the beef and black bean sauce.
