Bulgarian Stuffed Peppers

10pcPepper(s) Whole ,Tinned or Baked, Peeled and De-Seeded Red Peppers.
4pcEgg yolk
400gCheese, cottage
  KNORR Bouquet a l'Italienne , 1 Tablespoon.
100gBreadcrumbs
  KNORR All Purpose Seasoning
  Flour Eggwash & Breadcrumbs

Preparation

1. Mix the crumbled cheese, breadcrumbs and egg yolks together.
2. Add in the herbs and season with Aromat.
3. Dry the peppers with kitchen paper.
4. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
5. Pass them through the flour, eggwash and breadcrumbs.
6. Deep fat fry and serve with a little mixed salad.
