Braised or Pilaff Rice
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 500 | g | KNORR USA Long Grain Rice |
| 750 | ml | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 25 | g | KNORR Shallot |
| 100 | g | Butter , or margarine |
Preparation
1. Sweat off shallot paste in the butter or margarine.
2. Add in rice and mix with the onion.
3. Pour in the chicken bouillon and bring to the boil.
4. Cover with buttered paper and place lid on top.
5. Place in a hot oven at 200°C for 15 mins.
6. Remove from pot and place into service dish.
