Chicken Tikka Masala

| 1 | kg | KNORR USA Long Grain Rice |
| 1 | tsp | Tumeric |
| KNORR Vegetable Bouillon (2 Lt) | ||
| Coconut , Dessicated (2 Tablespoons) | ||
| Oil , Mazola |
Preparation
1. Cook the rice in the vegetable bouillon with turmeric.
2. Refresh in hot water and keep warm.
3. Heat the oil and quickly fry off the chicken.
4. Add the Tikka Masala sauce.
5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Serve on a bed of rice, sprinkled with dessicated coconut.
