Fried Chicken Goujons with Caesar Dressing

1.5kgChicken , Fillets, cut into thin strips.
  Flour Eggwash & Breadcrumbs
  Mixed Lettuce Leaves (500g)
500gTomatoes, cherry , cut in halves.
200gOnions , Diced.
200gPeppers, Mixed , Diced.
250mlHELLMANN'S Caesar Dressing 

Preparation

1. Pass the chicken strips through the flour eggwash and breadcrumbs.
2. Deep fat fry in a hot fryer.
3. Drain on kitchen paper.
4. Arrange the lettuce, tomato, onion and pepper on a plate.
5. Place the fried chicken on top.
6. Drizzle with Caesar Dressing and serve.
