Fried Chicken Goujons with Caesar Dressing

| Flour Eggwash & Breadcrumbs | ||
| Mixed Lettuce Leaves (500g) | ||
| 500 | g | Tomatoes, cherry , cut in halves. |
| 200 | g | Onions , Diced. |
| 200 | g | Peppers, Mixed , Diced. |
| 250 | ml | HELLMANN'S Caesar Dressing |
Preparation
1. Pass the chicken strips through the flour eggwash and breadcrumbs.
2. Deep fat fry in a hot fryer.
3. Drain on kitchen paper.
4. Arrange the lettuce, tomato, onion and pepper on a plate.
5. Place the fried chicken on top.
6. Drizzle with Caesar Dressing and serve.
