Chicken Fajitas with Guacamole

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

1kgChicken , Fillets, cut into strips.
250gPeppers, Mixed , cut into strips.
1pcOnion(s) , Large, thinly sliced.
1lKNORR Fajita Sauce 
10pcTortilla(s)
  KNORR Aromat Meat 
  KNORR Salsa Sauce 
4pcAvocado Pears , Ripe.
  Juice of 1 lemon
6pcOnion, Spring , finely cut.
  KNORR Aromat Meat 

Preparation

1. Season the chicken strips with Aromat.
2. Fry off in a hot pan.
3. Add in the peppers and onions and continue cooking.
4. Pour in the fajita sauce.
5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2/3 minutes.
6. Heat the tortillas.
7. Place some chicken in the centre of the tortilla and fold over.
8. Serve with guacamole and salsa sauce on the side.


Guacamole:

1. Halve the Avocadoes and remove the stone.
2. Peel the halves and place the fruit into a mixing bowl.
3. Mash the avocado coarsely with a fork.
4. Whisk the cream until it peaks and then add the avocado.
5. Add in the lemon juice and chopped scallions.
6. Season with Aromat and serve.
