French Coq au Vin

| 200 | g | Mushrooms, Button (Champignons de Paris) |

| 120 | ml | Wine, red , for cooking. |
| KNORR Bouquet de Provence , 1 Tablespoon |
Preparation
1. Season the chicken breasts and seal on both sides in a hot pan.
2. Fry off the bacon and mushrooms on the same pan.
3. Add in the demi glace with the red wine and bring to the boil.
4. Pour over the chicken and place in a preheated oven.
5. Cook for 30 mins.
6. Remove and serve with chopped parsley.
