Cajun Chicken & Spices

10gCajun Seasoning
25gMushrooms , Sliced
25gBacon , Lardons of
25gOnions, spring , with no green or button onions.
0.1lKNORR Cajun Sauce 

Preparation

Cajun Spices

100g Paprika
75g Crushed Peppers
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper or to taste
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder or to taste
2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
Sprinkle of oregano


1. Mix all spices together.
2. Place chicken breasts on greased oven tray.
3. Sprinkle with the spices.
4. Roast in a pre heated oven for 10 mins.
5. Remove from oven and place the onions, mushrooms and bacon
around the chicken.
6. Continue cooking for a further 15 mins.
7. Place chicken on plate with garnish around.
8. Serve coated with Cajun Sauce.
