Cajun Chicken & Spices

| 25 | g | Mushrooms , Sliced |
| 25 | g | Bacon , Lardons of |
| 25 | g | Onions, spring , with no green or button onions. |

Preparation
Cajun Spices
100g Paprika
75g Crushed Peppers
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper or to taste
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder or to taste
2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
Sprinkle of oregano
1. Mix all spices together.
2. Place chicken breasts on greased oven tray.
3. Sprinkle with the spices.
4. Roast in a pre heated oven for 10 mins.
5. Remove from oven and place the onions, mushrooms and bacon
around the chicken.
6. Continue cooking for a further 15 mins.
7. Place chicken on plate with garnish around.
8. Serve coated with Cajun Sauce.
