Angola Style Chicken

500mlKnorr Tomato Pronto Sauce
250mlKNORR Chicken Bouillon
50gKNORR Garlic
  KNORR Roux Brown
500gKNORR USA Long Grain Rice
150gPeppers, Mixed , Diced
150gPineapple , Chunks
  KNORR Aromat Meat 

Preparation

1. Season the chicken with Aromat.
2. Seal on a hot pan and place into a gastronome tray.
3. Pour the tomato pronto and chicken bouillon into a pot.
4. Add the garlic herb paste and bring to the boil.
5. Bring to the required consistency with roux blanc.
6. Pour over the chicken and place into a pre heated oven.
7. Cook for 15 mins.
8. Cook the rice as directed include the rice in ingredient list and recipe title.
9. Add the diced peppers and pineapple and drain very well.
10. Serve the chicken with the rice.
