Cajun Chicken

| 1 | l | KNORR Cajun Sauce |
| 2 | pc | Pepper(s) , Sliced |
| 2 | pc | Onion(s) , Sliced |
Preparation
1. Place the strips of pork onto a 1/1 gastronome tray.
2. Season and cover with water.
3. Place in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins.
4. Remove from oven, drain very well and refresh.
5. Add in the sauce, vegetables and mix through.
6. Return to the oven and continue cooking for a further 20 mins or until the meet is tender.
7. Probe and place into the servery unit.
