1.5kgChicken , Thin Strips
1lKNORR Curry Sauce - Medium 3x6L 

Preparation

1. Place the strips of chicken into a 1/1 gastronome tray.
2. Season and cover with water.
3. Place in a pre-heated combi oven and cook for 15 mins.
4. Remove from oven, drain very well and refresh.
5. Add in the curry sauce and mix through.
6. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 mins.
7. Probe and place into the servery unit.
