1.2lKNORR Chicken Bouillon

200gKNORR Tomato Pronto 
50gKNORR Garlic

Preparation

1. Brown the chicken legs on all sides in hot oil.
2. Reduce the heat and allow to cook for 10 mins.
3. Add the onions, chillies and garlic paste and fry briefly.
4. Add in the rice and saffron.
5. Pour in the bouillon.
6. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins.
7. Add in the prawns, chorizo, peas and tomato pronto.
8. Cover and cook for a further 10 mins.
9. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.
