Chicken a'La King

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

10pcChicken, Fillets (100g)
1pcPeppers, Red , Large, cut into strips
1pcPepper(s) , Green, Large, cut into strips
1pcOnion(s) , Med Sized, cut into strips
750mlKNORR Chicken Bouillon
  KNORR Roux Brown
200mlKnorr Cuisine Cooking Cream
250mlWine, White, Dry

Preparation

1. Sweat off the onions and peppers.
2. Pour in the chicken bouillon and wine and bring to the boil.
3. Bring to the required consistency with roux blanc.
4. Finish the sauce with cooking cream.
5. Fry off the chicken strips.
6. Drain off excess oil and add the chicken to the sauce.
7. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 mins.
8. Serve with Knorr USA Long Grain Rice.
