Chef's Tip
The name farfalle means 'butterflies'. Pasta shapes such as farfalle and conchiglie are perfect for sauces with chunks, because they 'catch' the chunks in their various folds and cavities.

Remark
In Naples and Campania, Tomato and Basil are traditionally served with spaghetti. With the inclusion of prawns to this sauce, Farfalle or Conchiglie is a better pasta choice.
