Preparation
1. Cook the pasta as directed on pack.
2. Drain very well toss in a little oil and keep warm.
3. Fry off the pancetta or bacon with the garlic paste.
4. Add in the Arribbiata Sauce and bring to the boil.
5. Add in the pasta with the chopped basil.
6. Serve with grated Pecorino Romano.
