Tagliatelle Bolognese

| 1 | kg | Beef, minced |
Preparation
1. Cook the tagliatelle as directed.
2. Drain very well and keep warm.
3. Fry off the minced beef with the garlic herb paste.
4. Pour in the sauce.
5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins.
6. Pour over the tagliatelle and mix through.
7. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.

Spaghetti Bolognese is one of the most famous Italian dishes around the world. However, most Italians would never serve their bolognese sauce on spaghetti: Tagliatelle is the usual accompaniment.
