Cannelloni Al Freddo

Preparation
1. Blanch and refresh the spinach.
2. Fry off the strips of chicken.
3. Add in the spinach, béchamel sauce and nutmeg.
4. Allow to cool.
5. Spread some béchamel sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Fill the tubes with the spinach and chicken mixture.
7. Place into the baking dish.
8. Coat with béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
9. Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins or until golden brown.

Remark
