Mexican Fish Cakes

| 1 | l | KNORR Salsa Sauce |
| 200 | g | Breadcrumbs , white. |
| 2 | pc | Eggs |
| 50 | g | Chillies , chopped. |
| 100 | g | Peppers, Mixed , finely chopped. |
| 100 | g | Onions, spring , finely chopped. |
| KNORR Garlic , 1 Teaspoon. | ||
| KNORR All Purpose Seasoning |
Preparation
1. Break up the cooked salmon in a mixing bowl and remove all bones.
2. Add in the breadcrumbs, chillies, mixed peppers and the herb paste.
3. Add in the eggs and mix to the paste, if the mixture is too wet then add in more breadcrumbs.
4. Season with Aromat and shape into burgers.
5. Dust with flour and shallow fry.
6. Serve with mixed lettuce leaves and salsa sauce.
