Crusted Salmon Hollandaise
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 10 | pc | Salmon, 100g Fillet |
| 50 | g | KNORR Bouquet de Provence |
| 250 | g | Wholemeal bread crumbs |
| 1 | l | Knorr Sauce Hollandaise 3x8L |
Preparation
1. Place the fillets of salmon on to a greased oven tray.
2. Spread a little Bouquet de Provence on top.
3. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the salmon.
4. Place into a pre heated oven and cook until crumbs are golden brown.
5. Make the Hollandaise to recipe.
6. Serve the salmon with the alongside.
