Crusted Salmon Drizzled with Pesto Sauce

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

10pcSalmon, 100g Fillet
250gBreadcrumbs , White
100gKNORR Pesto
100mlOil, Olive

Preparation

1. Place the fillets of salmon onto a greased tray.
2. Spread a little pesto paste on top.
3. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the paste and pat on.
4. Place into a pre-heated oven (175°C) and cook for 10 mins.
5. Mix the remaining pesto paste with the olive oil.
6. Remove the salmon from the oven when crumbs are golden brown.
7. Place the salmon on a plate and drizzle the pesto sauce around.
