Curried Meat Balls

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

900gBeef, minced , Lean
2pcOnion(s) , Finely chopped.
125gRaisins
100gBreadcrumbs , brown.
2pcEggs
  Flour , for coating.
1lKnorr Sauce Curry 3x4L 
  Oil, Corn
  Carrots , chopped
1pcOnion(s) , chopped
1pcPepper(s) , Green, chopped.
250gKNORR Tomato Pronto 
750mlKNORR Beef Bouillon

Preparation

1. Combine the meat, onions, raisins, breadcrumbs and eggs.
2. Mix and shape into 30-40 balls.
3. Lightly flour.
4. Arrange on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees celsius (Gas Mark 6) for 30 minutes.
5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce.
6. Heat the oil in a saucepan and saute the onion, carrot and pepper.
7. Add the curry sauce and the tomato pronto.
8. Bring to the boil, strirring continuously.
9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
10. Serve with the meatballs and KNORR USA Long Grain Rice.
11. Natural Yoghurt and sliced banana may be served as an additional garnish.
