Lamb Korma with Coconut Basmati Rice

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

1.5kgLamb, Shoulder of , cut into very thin strips.
1lKNORR PATAKS Korma Ready to Use Sauce 
750gKNORR Basmati Rice 
125gCoconut , dessicated
  Oil, Corn

Preparation

1. Heat the oil and seal the lamb.
2. Add the sauce and bring to the boil while stirring.
3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Cook the Basmati Rice as directed.
5. Rinse in hot water.
6. Add the coconut and keep warm.
7. Serve the lamb on a bed of rice and sprinkled with a little dessicated coconut.
