Spicy Rice
Ingredients (10 portions)

| 500 | g | KNORR USA Long Grain Rice |
| 1 | l | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 1 | pc | Onion, Medium, Finely Diced |
| Jalapeno(s) , Sliced. | ||
| 25 | g | Cumin |
| 25 | g | Chilli Powder or to taste. |
| 100 | g | Bacon , Finely Chopped. |
| 150 | g | KNORR Tomato Pronto , Drained. |
Preparation
1. Sweat off the diced onion with the cumin and chilli.
2. Add in the rice and mix through.
3. Pour in the chicken bouillon, bring to the boil and cover with lid or tinfoil.
4. Place in a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 mins.
5. Fry off the bacon until crispy.
6. Remove the rice from the oven.
7. Mix in the bacon and jalapenos.
8. Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
