| 1 | l | KNORR White/Bechamel 3x18L |
| Mustard, Dijon (2 Teaspoons) | ||
| Cheese , Grated Parmesan or Cheddar. | ||
| 1 | kg | Beef, minced |
Preparation
1. Fry off the minced beef until brown.
2. Pour in the chilli sauce.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins.
4. Place some mixture in centre of a heated pancake and fold over.
5. Mix the Dijon mustard through the béchamel sauce.
6. Coat the pancake with the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
7. Brown under a hot grill and serve.
