Milanese - Style Risotto

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

12.5gButter , or Margarine.
0.1pcOnion, Medium, Finely Diced
30gKNORR USA Long Grain Rice
50mlStock , Chicken.
6gCheese, Parmesan grated
2.5gKnorr Garlic Paste
10mlKnorr Tomato Pronto Sauce

Preparation

1. Sweat off the onion and garlic paste in melted butter or margarine.
2. Add in the rice and mix through.
3. Pour in the prepared chicken bouillon.
4. Bring to the boil and cover with lid.
5. Allow to simmer on the side of the stove.
6. Stir Frequently and if necessary add more stock until rice is cooked.
7. Add in the tomato pronto and grated cheese.
8. Note Mixed cooked seafood may be added to the finished risotto and served as main course.
