Saudi - Arabian Lamb With Rice

| Coriander , Chopped (3 Tablespoons) | ||
| 1 | l | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 500 | g | KNORR USA Long Grain Rice |
| 500 | ml | Milk, fresh |
Preparation
1. Blanch and refresh the lamb.
2. Place in a pot with the onions and coriander.
3. Pour in the chicken bouillon and bring to the boil.
4. Simmer for 45 mins or until the meat is tender.
5. Remove meat from the liquid and keep warm.
6. Add the milk to the liquid and pour in the rice.
7. Cook very gently over a low heat until it is like a risotto.
8. Serve the rice in a dish with the lamb on top.
9. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
