Croatian Stuffed Peppers

| 4 | pc | Egg yolk |
| 400 | g | Cheese, cottage |
| KNORR Bouquet a l'Italienne (1 Tablespoon) | ||
| 100 | g | Breadcrumbs , White |
| KNORR All Purpose Seasoning | ||
| Flour Eggwash & Breadcrumbs |
Preparation
1. Mix the crumbled cheese, breadcrumbs and egg yolks together.
2. Add in the herbs and season with Aromat.
3. Dry the peppers with kitchen paper.
4. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
5. Pass them through the flour eggwash and breadcrumbs.
6. Deep fat fry and with a little mixed salad.
