Argentine Beef Stew

| 25 | ml | Knorr Tomato Pronto Sauce |

| 50 | g | Peppers, Mixed , Diced. |
| Peppercorns , Crushed, 1 Tablespoon. | ||

Preparation
1. Season the beef with Aromat.
2. Fry off with the garlic, basil herb pastes until brown.
3. Place in pot and add in the demi glace, tomato pronto and sherry.
4. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Add in the remaining ingredients.
6. Continue cooking for a further 20 mins or until meat is tender.
7. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes.
