Brazilian Beef and Black Bean in Ciabatta Bread

| 1 | l | Knorr Blue Dragon Black Bean Ready to Use Sauce |
| 25 | g | KNORR Garlic |
| 25 | g | KNORR Ginger |
| 100 | g | Onions , Sliced |
| 100 | g | Peppers, Mixed , Thinly sliced |
| 100 | g | Carrots , Thinly sliced |
| 10 | pc | Bread, Ciabatta , Baked |
| Soya sauce, standard |
Preparation
1. Place the strips of beef into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the garlic, ginger herb pastes and Soya sauce.
3. Mix through and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Fry off in a large wok or pan for 3 / 4 mins.
5. Add in the vegetables and continue frying for a further 2 mins.
6. Pour in the black bean sauce, bring to the boil and simmer until meat is tender.
7. Cut the ciabatta in half .
8. Place some of the mixture on the bottom half and cover with the top half.
9. Serve with a side- salad.
