Brazilian Beef and Black Bean in Ciabatta Bread

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

2kgSteak, Round , cut into very thin strips
1lKnorr Blue Dragon Black Bean Ready to Use Sauce  
25gKNORR Garlic
25gKNORR Ginger
100gOnions , Sliced
100gPeppers, Mixed , Thinly sliced
100gCarrots , Thinly sliced
10pcBread, Ciabatta , Baked
  Soya sauce, standard

Preparation

1. Place the strips of beef into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the garlic, ginger herb pastes and Soya sauce.
3. Mix through and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Fry off in a large wok or pan for 3 / 4 mins.
5. Add in the vegetables and continue frying for a further 2 mins.
6. Pour in the black bean sauce, bring to the boil and simmer until meat is tender.
7. Cut the ciabatta in half .
8. Place some of the mixture on the bottom half and cover with the top half.
9. Serve with a side- salad.
