0.15lKNORR Chicken Bouillon
5gKNORR Garlic
20mlKnorr Tomato Pronto Sauce
20gSquid , Frozen
25gPrawns , in the shell
25gMussels , in the shell
30gChicken , cut for sauté
20gPeppers, Mixed , diced
  Saffron , pinch of

Preparation

1. Sweat off the peppers and onions with the garlic paste in a paella pan.
2. Add in the rice and pour in the chicken bouillon with the saffron.
3. Seal the chicken pieces in a separate hot pan.
4. Add the mussels, prawns, squid, chicken, tomato pronto, peppers, peas and mix through the rice.
5. Cover the pan with tinfoil and place in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 20 mins.
6. Remove from the oven and serve.

Note

Clams, Lobster and sausage may be added to the ingredients.
