Beef Stroganoff

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

1kgBeef, fillet of , Cut into thin strips
2pcOnion, Medium, Finely Diced
2tbspPepper , Paprika
3tbspVinegar , White, Malt
750mlKNORR Chicken Bouillon
250mlKnorr Cuisine Cooking Cream
  KNORR Roux Brown
150gGherkin , Julienne, for garnish

Preparation

1. Dust the fillet of beef with a little paprika pepper.
2. Fry off on a hot pan.
3. Remove from pan and keep hot.
4. On the same pan sweat off the diced onions.
5. Add in the paprika pepper and vinegar and form a paste.
6. Pour in the chicken bouillon and bring to the boil.
7. Simmer for 5 mins.
8. Bring to the required consistency with roux.
9. Pour in the cream and add in the gherkins.
10. Add in the beef and simmer for 1 min.
11. Serve with Knorr USA Long Grain Rice.
