Beef Stroganoff

| 2 | pc | Onion, Medium, Finely Diced |
| 2 | tbsp | Pepper , Paprika |
| 3 | tbsp | Vinegar , White, Malt |
| 750 | ml | KNORR Chicken Bouillon |
| 250 | ml | Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream |
| KNORR Roux Brown | ||
| 150 | g | Gherkin , Julienne, for garnish |
Preparation
1. Dust the fillet of beef with a little paprika pepper.
2. Fry off on a hot pan.
3. Remove from pan and keep hot.
4. On the same pan sweat off the diced onions.
5. Add in the paprika pepper and vinegar and form a paste.
6. Pour in the chicken bouillon and bring to the boil.
7. Simmer for 5 mins.
8. Bring to the required consistency with roux.
9. Pour in the cream and add in the gherkins.
10. Add in the beef and simmer for 1 min.
11. Serve with Knorr USA Long Grain Rice.
