Roast Loin of Pork with Basil Jus

Preparation
1. Season the loin of pork with Aromat.
2. Spread some Basil paste over the loin of pork.
3. Place into a pre-heated oven (175°C) and cook for 1.5 hours.
4. Remove from the tray and drain off the excess grease.
5. Melt the remaining basil paste on the tray.
6. Pour in the roast gravy and simmer for 2 mins.
7. Serve the pork sliced with the jus alongside.
