Sirloin Steak Chasseur

| 1 | l | KNORR Demi-Glace 3x12L |
| 50 | g | KNORR Shallot |
| 100 | g | KNORR Tomato Pronto |
| 150 | g | Mushrooms , Sliced |
| Sprinkle chopped Parsley | ||
| 1/2 Glass dry white wine |
Preparation
1. Cook the steaks to the required taste on a pan.
2. Remove from the pan and drain off the excess grease.
3. Sweat off the mushrooms, shallot paste, tomato pronto and parsley.
4. Add in the white wine and cook for 2 mins.
5. Pour in the demi glace, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins.
6. Serve alongside the steak.
