Ivory Coast Baked Banana Served with Vanilla Ice Cream Mango Coulis & Chocolate Topping

Preparation
1. Place the peeled bananas on to a greased oven tray.
2. Sprinkle with a little castor sugar.
3. Bake in a pre heated oven until brown on top.
4. Pour some mango on to a plate.
5. Place the banana on the coulis with a scoop of ice cream.
6. Pour the chocolate over to taste.
7. Decorate with a whirl of cream.
