| 250 | g | Carte D'Or Fruit Coulis , of your choice; Mango, Apricot, Blackberry or Raspberry |
Preparation
1. Pour the cream into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in the sugar.
3. Whisk to a thick pouring consistency.
4. Add in the coulis of your choice and fold in.
5. Place into wine glasses or coupes.
6. Chill before serving.
