Cream of Spring Onion Oriental

2lKNORR Cream of Spring Onion  
  KNORR Szechuan Paste , 1 tsp.
10pcOnion, Spring

Preparation

1. Trim and wash the spring onion.
2. Cut the tops and bottoms into thin strips
3. Leave approximately 1 inch of stem in the centre.
4. Place the spring onions in cold water and leave in a fridge for 1 hour to open out.
5. Add the Knorr Szechuan Paste.
6. Simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Serve, garnished with the spring onion.
