Lobster Prawn and Crab Bisque

1lKNORR Lobster Bisque  
100gMussels, frozen (w/o shell)
100gPrawns , Frozen.
100gCrab meat, frozen
100mlCream , Fresh.
50mlBrandy (Eau-de-vie de vin) , Cooking.

Preparation

1. Make the Lobster Bisque as directed.
2. Flake the crab meat into the Bisque.
3. Add the prawns and mussels.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the brandy and cream and serve.
