Noodle Soup with Chicken

| 100 | g | Bean Sprouts , washed |
| 50 | g | Chili peppers, fresh , sliced |
| 200 | g | Mushrooms, Chinese |
| 2 | pc | Onions, Spring, Bunches , cut into strips |
| Soya sauce, standard | ||
| Coriander , chopped |
Preparation
1. Poach the chicken fillets in the chicken bouillon.
2. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add the mushrooms, spring onions and bean sprouts.
4. Cook the noodles to recipe and refresh with hot water.
5. Portion the noodles into soup bowls.
6. Ladle in the bouillon.
7. Place the sliced chicken fillet on top.
8. Garnish with sliced chilli peppers and chopped coriander.
