Noodle Soup with Chicken

 
 

Ingredients (10 persons)

2lKNORR Chicken Bouillon
5pcChicken, Fillets (100g)
100gBean Sprouts , washed
50gChili peppers, fresh , sliced
200gMushrooms, Chinese
2pcOnions, Spring, Bunches , cut into strips
  Soya sauce, standard
  Coriander , chopped

Preparation

1. Poach the chicken fillets in the chicken bouillon.
2. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add the mushrooms, spring onions and bean sprouts.
4. Cook the noodles to recipe and refresh with hot water.
5. Portion the noodles into soup bowls.
6. Ladle in the bouillon.
7. Place the sliced chicken fillet on top.
8. Garnish with sliced chilli peppers and chopped coriander.
