Chicken Noodle and Ginger Soup

| 2 | pc | Knorr Noodle Nests |
| 50 | g | KNORR Ginger |
| 100 | g | Carrot, finely diced |
| 100 | g | Leeks , finely diced |
| 100 | g | Onion, finely diced |
| 200 | g | Chicken, Julienne, Cooked |
| Chopped spring onions for garnish. |
Preparation
1. Cook the noodles as directed on the box and refresh with cold water.
2. Sweat off the diced vegtables and ginger herb paste.
3. Pour in the chicken consommé and bring to the boil.
4. Simmer for 5 mins.
5. Add in the drained noodles and simmer for a further 5 mins.
6. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
