Chicken Noodle and Ginger Soup

 
 

Ingredients (10 portions)

  2 Lts Knorr Chicken Consomme
2pcKnorr Noodle Nests
50gKNORR Ginger
100gCarrot, finely diced
100gLeeks , finely diced
100gOnion, finely diced
200gChicken, Julienne, Cooked
  Chopped spring onions for garnish.

Preparation

1. Cook the noodles as directed on the box and refresh with cold water.
2. Sweat off the diced vegtables and ginger herb paste.
3. Pour in the chicken consommé and bring to the boil.
4. Simmer for 5 mins.
5. Add in the drained noodles and simmer for a further 5 mins.
6. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
