25mlKNORR Cuisine (Cook In Cream)

Preparation

1. Make the Knorr Savoury Potato Soup to recipe.
2. Finish with Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream.
3. Blanche the pumpkin and potato.
4. Add to the soup with the sweet corn.
5. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Place the diced vegetables in the centre of the bowl.
7. Pour the soup over and serve with Knorr Cuisine Cooking Cream.
