Beef and Roasted Vegetable Soup

| 100 | g | Parsnip |
| 250 | oz | Virgin Olive Oil |
Preparation
1. Make the Knorr Beef and Vegetable Soup to recipe.
2. Shape the vegetables to the required size.
3. Spread on to an oven tray and sprinkle with Virgin Olive Oil.
4. Place in a pre-heated oven and roast until lightly browned.
5. Drain off any excess oil and add to the soup.
6. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes and serve.
