Crab and Asparagus Soup

250gCrab Meat
2lKNORR Asparagus  
250gBaby Asparagus
250mlKNORR Meadowland (Whipping Cream)

Preparation

1. Make the Knorr Asparagus Soup to recipe.
2. Flake 1/2 the crab meat into the soup.
3. Simmer for 2 mins.
4. Point the asparagus and poach until al dente.
5. Mix the remaining crab meat with semi whipped classique cream.
6. Serve the soup with crabmeat and asparagus on top.
