Leek and Potato Soup with Fennell and Creamed Salsa

| 250 | ml | KNORR Meadowland (Whipping Cream) |
Preparation
1. Make Knorr Leek and Potato Soup to recipe.
2. Finish with Knorr Classique Whipping Cream.
Salsa preparation:
3. Semi Whip the Knorr Classique Whipping Cream.
4. Finely chop some fennel leaf.
5. Combine some diced onion, fennel, leek and potato.
6. Lightly cook in boiling water and refresh.
7. Mix with semi whipped Knorr Classique Whipping Cream and
chopped fennel leaf.
8. Add a little lemon juice to taste.
9. Serve on top of the soup.
