Roast Cod, Parsley and Bacon Mash, Chive and Horseradish Sauce

| Knorr Fish Bouillon Powder |
Preparation
Season Cod with Fish Bouillon
Seal on hot pan until brown on both sides and finish cooking in oven
Fry off Lardons of bacon until crispy, drain off excess grease and add to mash potato
Add in parsley with a little meadowlands cream
Mix Chives and remaining cream into horseradish sauce
Shape flavoured mash into a tian and place cod on top
Serve along with side of horseradish sauce
