Preparation

1. Soften the butter and mix in the Herbs de Provence.
2. Lay onto a square of clingfilm.
3. Wrap and mould into a lozenge to the required thickness.
4. Regfrigerate and use as required.
5. Suitable for grilled fish and steak.
