Tortelloni Gorgonzola with Herb Butter

250gButter
  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  Cheese, Parmesan, Shavings

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta as directed on the pack.
2. Drain very well toss in a little Olive Oil.
3. Melt butter and add Italian Herb paste.
4. Arrange cooked pasta on plate and coat with the melted butter.
5. Serve with Parmesan shavings.
6. Garnish with Basil Leaves.


Chef's Tip
The distinctive flavour of Gorgonzola requires a full bodied, well aged red wine such as Barolo, Barbaresco or Chianti to complement its characteristic piquancy.
