Pan Fried Halibut Steak Sicilian Style

| 200 | ml | Virgin Olive Oil |
| 120 | g | Green Sliced Olives |
| 120 | g | Capers |
| 18 | pc | Cherry Tomatoes |
| 1 | pc | Punnet Basil Micro Herbs or chopped basil leaves |
| Sea Salt |
Preparation
Season Halibut with Knorr Fish Bouillon Powder
Seal on hot pan on both sides and finish cooking in oven
Heat olives, capers and tomatoes into olive oil to heat
Place cooked fish onto service plate
Spoon olive oil capers, tomatoes and olives over fish
Sprinkle with Herbs and serve
