Pan Fried Halibut Steak Sicilian Style

 
 

Ingredients (6 servings)

6pcFillet of Halibut (200g)
  Knorr Fish Bouillon Powder
200mlVirgin Olive Oil
120gGreen Sliced Olives
120gCapers
18pcCherry Tomatoes
1pcPunnet Basil Micro Herbs or chopped basil leaves
  Sea Salt

Preparation

Season Halibut with Knorr Fish Bouillon Powder

Seal on hot pan on both sides and finish cooking in oven

Heat olives, capers and tomatoes into olive oil to heat

Place cooked fish onto service plate

Spoon olive oil capers, tomatoes and olives over fish

Sprinkle with Herbs and serve
