Rib Eye with Rocket leaves Pecorino Cheese and Balsamic Dressing

 
 

Ingredients (6 servings)

6pcRib Eye Steak (300g)
150gRocket leaves
150gPecorino Cheese
250mlHELLMANN'S Balsamic Vinaigrette
100gKNORR Chicken Bouillon
100mlVirgin Olive Oil
200mlKNORR Roast Gravy 3x12L 

Preparation

Mix Chicken Bouillon and Olive Oil together to form a paste

Spread on both sides of steak

Pan fry or grill to required taste

Bring Roast Gravy to the boil and reduce by half

Place cooked steak on service plate

Spread a little reduced gravy on surface

Place rocket leaves and sprinkle cheese shavings on top

Drizzle with Balsamic Dressing and serve
