KNORR Demi-Glace 3x12L

Preparation

To make 1 litre of Demi Glace sauce add 120g sauce mix to 1 litre of water.
1. Boil the required amount of water.
2. Dissolve the required amount of Knorr Demi Glace in boiling water by stirring constantly.
3. Bring back to the boil, stirring constantly.
4. Simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

Wheat Flour (contains Gluten), Beef Fat, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Tomato Powder, Beef Extract, Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Onion Powder, Thickener (Guar Gum), Spices, Flavourings, Beetroot Powder, White Wine, Extract Powder, Vegetable Fat, Citric Acid, Extracts of Rosemary.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
