Preparation
Boil the required amount of water.
Dissolve the Soup in the boiling water by stirring constantly.
Bring back to the boil.
Leave to simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occassionally.
Serving suggestion: To make Asparagus & Mint Soup, add a little chopped fresh mint and finish with cream.
